Delivery Details


Where do you deliver to? We deliver to all areas of Mainland UK and the same shipping charges apply. For the Channel Islands and some parts of the Scottish Highlands the shipping charges may be considerably more. Please email us for a quote for shipping before placing your order. For your convenience we have established a range of delivery options.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer a range of delivery options:

Standard delivery (5-7 working days) £4.50

Free Standard delivery on all orders over £30.00

All orders received by 12.00 Noon are packed and dispatched the same day however please note that all orders received after 12.00 Noon on Fridays will be dispatched on the Monday.

Collect in Store. Free

Collect in store orders placed by 1.00pm will be ready for collection the following day and can be collected anytime between 7.00am and 10.00pm 7 days a week.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered next day if you have selected this option we cannot guarantee this as we are in the hands of the courier companies. Should your parcel not reach you next day because of a failure by the parcel company we are unable to compensate you for this. 

We use major courier companies for our deliveries primarily Myhermes, and Royal Mail Parcel Force.

Can I have my order shipped to an address of my choice? Yes, the billing address that you provide must match the information on your debit/credit card account but you can request for your order to be delivered to work or another more convenient address. How will I know that my order is on it's way? We use two established UK National couriers and are able to offer you a complete tracking service so once your order has been packed and collected from our stores you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

In this email we will also give you details of the delivery company and the tracking number so that you can monitor progress of your delivery. All our deliveries will require a signature at the time of delivery and any items ordered which are age restricted under UK law will require photographic proof of age.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number is provided any delivery queries must be directed to the parcel company. Shopfromapound can not accept responsibility for any loss or damage once an order has been dispatched.

We will however make every effort to assist in the resolution of any problems with the carrier to ensure that our Customers receive their orders promptly.
